Your personality has 3 top qualities.
These 3 words describe what makes you different.
They summarize how you are most likely to add value.
This is what makes you fascinating to your listeners, to your co-workers, and to the rest of us. This is why we respect you, and believe in you.

Look at the 3 adjectives associated with your Archetype.
These adjectives indicate where you are most likely to be a high performer. By concentrating on these attributes, you are more likely to positively influence how the world sees you. Think of these as your built-in specialty.
Starting next week, we’re doing a serious upgrade to your Fascination Advantage® report, based on our new pilot programs with companies such as AT&T and Unilever.
What changes can you find in the Archetype matrix?
You'll see we're changing “Alarm” to “Alert.”
“Rebellion” is now “Innovation.”
We'll be rolling out cool changes over the next couple of weeks.
In the meantime: See how the world sees you.
It all starts by looking at your Archetype on the new matrix, and finding those 3 words to describe how your personality is most likely to add value.
Now it’s your turn. We want to hear from you in the comments. Chime in below.

The new matrix is easier on the eye: clearer and color coded to encourage reading from your Primary Advantage first. I'm just curious but why did you change the sequence of the Advantages along the matrix?
I never liked REBELLION. I do like INNOVATION. Out-of-box, Social, Energized That is me! I just love it!
I agree with Eileen. The new words (mindful and tactful) do not resonate with me as much as the old ones (profound and discerning), except for self sufficient. Don't get me wrong, I am mindful and tactful, but those are not quality that impress. However a profound and discering person does impress very fast with an insightful idea or comment.
Sally you are without a doubt my favourite internet marketer by a country mile! I smile every time I see an email from you and can't wait to read it (because I know it's going to be all about me!) Congratulations on the registration and great work on the upgrades!
I am very curious as to why the names of the fascination switches have, themselves, been becoming less fascinating. VICE > REBELLION > INNOVATION LUST > PASSION The word VICE is exciting. INNOVATION makes the eyes glaze over. BORING!!! PASSION is okay. But LUST hits harder. What gives?
Sussanna Perkins: I too will miss Rebel but we had to make the move. We Primary rebels are also innovators and it is our innovation that gets the attention, creates the ideas and makes the money. AND sometimes we are innovators but not rebels. Our innovation is not always against the grain. One can be an Innovator without being in Rebellion but you cannot be a Rebel without being an Innovator. Thanks for the kind word Christopher Power. Ed.
Hey Mike S you make some awesome points. I too am a former primary Rebellion Now Innovator as a Maverick Leader. Mike I have been a rebel my whole life, hell I was a Trial Lawyer for 25 years just to be able to take the case I wanted and I always fought for the little guy. The difference is that the first book is about Brands and the triggers that captivate consumers. You are right there, with brands and consumers it is actually Vice, then Rebellion, that was and is captivating. Innovation is used in the Fascination Advantage primarily to show how the world sees you. Those of us Rebels are to some degree seen as Rebels but more so we are seen for our creativity, for our out of the box thinking. I personally think those with an Innovation Primary Advantage are smarter and surely more innovative than others. While we may also be more rebellious that is a function of our innovative spirit and not the reverse. So you like me, will always have Rebellion but it comes from your innovation which is a lot more powerful.
Before: Impeccable, Subtle, Capable After: Levelheaded, Subtle, Capable The change is good, I actually thought impeccable didn't describe me at all anyway. Levelheaded does.
@Team Fascinate I agree about the word "Rebellion" ruffling some of the world's feathers but isn't that the point? I would love to hear more about the decision for this change because I feel it directly applies to the advice in the book. Isn't it true that, if you aren't offending someone, you probably aren't fascinating anyone? Innovation is much safer and, to me, that makes it much less "fascinating" than Rebellion. What prompted this change? I'm guessing it just worked better as part of your overall "Fascination Chemistry"? Either way, like you, that part will remain Rebellion for me. Thanks for the awesome work - Mike S.
Aww, I'm going to miss Rebellion. Somehow Innovation just doesn't do it for me - I'm too much of a rebel, I guess. 🙂
