Fascinate Certified Advisor Renata Jabuka earned her certification in 2015 after finding the “clarity in her authentic self” when she received her Fascinate Profile. She is an energetic and inspiring Ringleader with Primary Power and Secondary Passion Advantages. She definitely lives her Fascinate Anthem, which is Enthusiastic Champion.

Renata began her professional trajectory with almost a decade of clinical work in the dental and healthcare sectors. Today she’s putting her communications degree and Ringleader panache to work as an executive strategist in Northern California. 

Renata’s firm Sticky Think Advisory  provides individual business coaching to women. She aims to shine a light on “the power, strength and capacity of each individual client to grow and achieve MORE. I  bring my personal style for honesty, bold decision-making, creating change and making results STICKY.”

During COVID Renata encountered so many women entrepreneurs in transition. She pivoted in  her personal coaching business and after taking on a partner co-founded The Women’s Launch Table, which helps women who are transitioning in their careers or just starting out with a new business. 

“We designed and built The Women’s Launch Table for committed women who appreciate their value and desire to put their passions to work. Our programs are fun, interactive and a trusted space for learning, brainstorming, and preparing for a solid business launch. All sessions are held via live video to optimize learning and discussion, while encouraging mutual support and collaboration.” 

Her clients appreciate how easy the Fascinate System is for them to grasp. “It’s been so helpful to show my clients how to see themselves in their most valuable light. It’s such a useful tool as an initial conversation with people in transition.” 

Renata is enjoying the facility afforded through the pandemic of holding virtual sessions, allowing for her to empower clients worldwide.
