I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Who may see the personal information I give to How To Fascinate?

One of the best things about the Fascinate Test is that you can share the gift of YOU with others and the person who invites you can also  learn more about you. That is why so many of you get access to the Fascinate Test upon invitation from employers, conference sponsors, friends and family.

At the same time we want to make sure you understand and agree to our sharing of your Fascinate Test results and personal identifying information with any third party (“Inviter”) from whom you received access to the Test. The personal identification information that you, at any time, provide to Fascinate may be shared with the Inviter(s) from whom you received access to the Fascinate Test.

The Inviter whom you authorize Fascinate to share your information may include, but is not limited to, a person, employer, conference sponsor, trainer, friend, relative, coach, governmental agency and others, and their employees, or agents.

To be clear: if you took the Fascinate Test upon invitation from somebody or some entity they will be able to see the personal information you provide to Fascinate. This includes any invitation to take the Test via any access method, including code, invitation link, and any paid or free Fascinate Test access.

The Inviter may have its own privacy policy regarding personal identifying information that differs from the Fascinate Privacy Policy. Be sure to know and consent to the Inviters Privacy Policy as well if you have concerns about the privacy of the information you hereby consent for us to provide to the Inviter.

The information we provide to the Inviter may include any and all information you provide to Fascinate including but no limited to your name, address, phone number, email address as well as the Fascinate Test and report, and any and all other personal information that you, at any time, disclose to Fascinate.

If you do not fully understand this, call us, we are here to help. We will NOT disclose the information upon written request to Hello@HowToFascinate.com. To be sure your personal identifying information is not shared with any Inviter, we suggest you write us before you take the Fascinate Test.

How do I unsubscribe from How To Fascinate emails?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails.   In compliance with GDPR regulations, you will be given a choice to UNSUBSCRIBE from emails or to have your data DELETED. If you select DELETION, you will no longer have access to your assessment results and account information.

The assessment is not displaying correctly. What should I do?

It may be a web browser issue or firewall issue. Please make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version. The test works on IE9, Firefox 11, Mac & Firefox 3.6.28 PC, Safari 5.1.X and the latest version of Chrome.

I listened to the audio book and want to take the assessment. Where do I go?
