Identifying Team Members

Imagine a team of seven. They are all about as different as seven people can be. Using the Fascination Advantage System, let’s see how they communicate and identify how they excel.

Power personality: Leader who makes decisions. Has no problem speaking at the front of the room.

Passion personality: Build relationships through emotion.

Mystique personality: Prefers to listen, and absorb before speaking.

Prestige personality: Often asks “where can we go from here?” Doesn’t settle for mediocrity.

Alert personality: Detailed oriented. Can see the details of most situations.

Innovation personality: Loves to brainstorm and be creative. Offers game-changing ideas.

Trust personality: Prefers to look to the past to make long-ranged goal.

Now imagine a Trust personality speaking with an innovation personality. The innovation personality might try to deliver exciting ideas, but to the trust personality they don’t seem tried and true. They will get very uncomfortable.

When you start to identify these patterns, your relationships get a lot easier. Want to understand your team better? Get the Fascinate® test for your whole team.
