In a meeting: Alert asks for a breakdown of all the risks before proceeding. Power jumps straight to, “Here’s the decision, let’s go.” To Alert, Power may feel reckless. To Power, Alert may seem overly cautious.

When you start to identify these patterns, your relationships get a lot easier.
