Why did I frame this menu?

Years ago, I created this menu as a gift for my mom and dad. I thought you might enjoy a peek into our family tradition…

Every year since I was a little girl, our Hogshead family has eaten EXACTLY the same food, with the same silverware and Heat n’ Serve rolls. By now, it’s a whole series of inside jokes.

Butter with mashed potatoes! Overcooked green beans! Ice cream AND whipped cream on the pie! …and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m grateful for many things.

Especially YOU.

Here’s a toast to you. To who you are, and have always been.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh, and a toast to double helpings of ice cream AND whipped cream on pie.
