After a career as a sales manager and marketing professional in the automotive industry, Andrei Vasile now focuses his skills in negotiation, social media strategy, leadership and business coaching to helping small businesses and individuals build a strong digital presence.
Andrei uses his Primary Mystique and Secondary Innovation to understand his clients and “help them discover what makes them different.” As an introvert, he explains that the Fascinate Test offered him the tools to be proud of his Secret Weapon superpowers: active listening and strategic thinking.
Andrei holds a degree in management with a specialization in engineering. As a very rational person, he explains that he was surprised by the accuracy of the results in his Fascinate Profile. He was even more impressed by the fact that the Test is based on the scientific study by Kelton Research.
After 20 years of management in the corporate world, Andrei became an FCA in 2020. He explains, “I have finally switched to doing what I love: to learn, to teach and to innovate.” He has launched his boutique business that focuses on providing training, copywriting and tech support for small-to-mid-size enterprises.
