A Distinguished Toastmaster and member of the National Speakers Association, Jean MacDonald brings to the FCA community over 25 years experience in sales, recruiting and team leadership. Jean became an FCA in 2016 when she was looking for an out-of-box product to add to her tool kit. She had worked with many personality assessments, but she liked that the Fascinate Test was “thought-provoking, dynamic, and solution-driven.” It was “so on point… it helped me realize I was not maximizing my advantages to the best of my ability.” Fascinate helped me understand “how to use my talents and skills to effectively build my leadership and communication with my clients and power partners.”
The author of several books, Jean is a communication expert, business strategist, and keynote speaker. Through her firm Network, Connect, Succeed, LLC, she uses humor and her trademark story-telling style to help executives and their teams discover the connections to help them build stronger relationships and achieve both individual and group success.
Jean works with individuals and within companies local to her in North Carolina, but she has worked within organizations nationwide, including in the design, finance, healthcare and real estate industries. She has worked with individuals identifying their brand and then building their resume, social media, and, most importantly, confidence. Jean also coaches teams, working with individual team members, taking people out of silos, and developing a cohesive environment.
